Embark on a transformative journey where the ancient practice of mindfulness meditation seamlessly intertwines with the therapeutic power of a sound bath, utilizing resonant instruments like singing bowls, a handpan, and a gong.
Guided by experienced instructors Kristen Wertenberger and Jaime Pellegrene, this evidence-based class draws from research-backed methods to reduce stress, anxiety, and pain and enhance well-being. While lying comfortably on your back with blankets and a pillow, you will be led through a guided meditation accompanied by an instrumental sound bath.
This class is for adults and teens.

Please bring two blankets and a pillow. Wear something warm and comfortable. We’ll supply a yoga mat and blanket for you to lie on.
